"SAY YES TO SERVICE" is Janice's motto! She has been a licensed agent since 1985 and has earned both her GRI and CRS graduate real estate designations. New construction is her specialty having managed a large construction office for over six years. In addition to marketing her husband's new construction, she is also Larry Hundman's licensed assistant, overseeing many company listings. Janis is also the relocation director for Coldwell Banker Heart of America Realtors. She coordinates incoming and outgoing referrals. Family is of utmost importance to Janice, and she enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren. Her other interests are bridge, boating and her cocker spaniel, Frannie. She has been a volunteer for BroMenn Regional Medical Center in the past and is a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She has also served as an officer and director of the Italian Cultural Society and is currently treasurer of Old Farm Lakes Gardens Homowners Association.
